STOP USING SKYNET AS YOUR COURIER

I ordered an upgrade phone online from Vodacom on Tuesday 10 December. I received my order number on Wednesday stating that Skynet would be delivering it to me.

PLEASE VODACOM, STOP USING THIS USELESS COURIER COMPANY !!

They don't answer their phones nor do they respond to Whatsapp messages unless its an AI response which means NOTHING !! You just have to sit and wait patiently to hopefully get a SMS from them regarding your delivery.

In the past, my orders were delivered via Aramex and it was a pleasure dealing with them.

Do yourself a favor and look at all the complaints on Hellopeter logged against Skynet. Many about Vodacom orders ! And they reflect badly on Vodacom.

HI Asley, thank you very much for the call on Friday afternoon.

Sadly no delivery on Friday. The SMS (Skynet) with the PIN (for delivery) was received at 22:32 on Friday evening ! Very pathetic & slow system !

They had my phone since Wednesday. With Aramex, it would have been delivered latest Thursday.

Finally received my fone today delivered by a sub contractor to Skynet.

PLEASE STOP USING THIS USELESS COURIER COMPANY ! THEY GIVING VODACOM A BAD NAME.
