Stop using Sky Net
As for Vodacom, the only reason this isn't a 1 star review is on account of the fact that some of their agents tried to help.
Terrible courier service though! I was assured the delivery of my upgrade by 3 Sky Net agents today, I received an OTP, and planned my day around receiving this parcel.
Support is slow, there's no way to contact the driver or for the support agents to give an accurate ETA. I still haven't received my package.
