Stop the deduction when the contract ends!
It is rediculous that their contracts are ao outdated. You sign a two year contract, you pay a two year contract yet it is still YOUR responsibility to cancel the contract 30 before the two years are up otherwise they just keep deducting yoyr money "assuming" you still want whatever they deduct the money from. NO! I signed for two years, so then when it ran its course stop deducting the funds. Easy as that. Get with the times. Get with what the consumers want. If we want another contract/extended contract WE can contact YOU. But YOU should not assume on our behalf. Otherwise, your 'cancelation department' should be cold calling your customers to ask if thet want to cease deductions just like your 'upgrades department' is quick to phone to find out if they can offer you more. Despicable placing all the responsibility on the customers! Change your policies!
