STOP SLALLING THE BREAK UP - SICK AND *********

I have been disgusted and disappointed by Vodacom Fibre's lack of service and problems for the last few months. I finally had enough and decided to cancel my Fibre and find a new service provider. I have been phoning for the last 3 days (Since 29 January) as I wanted to cancel my fibre and their retention lady tried to fool me and offer me pricing to keep me. Their mind games almost worked and even got me thinking to just stay when I spoke to the lady yesterday. But I am done, I do not want this.

At the end of the day it is not about price, I am done with Vodacom and it is time to break up! They have now stalled the whole process by trying to "retain me" and when I called today on the 1 Feb they say I am too late to cancel at the end of Feb, I will have to wait until the end of March. They are playing a sick and ********* game and leaving an even worse taste in my mouth.

I will not accept this. I want to cancel. I don't care what your systems say. It is now the 1st of the month, surely I can give the month's notice FOR THE END OF FEB, especially because this is what I wanted days ago. I have signed up with a new service provider for 1 March. Give me a penalty or something but don't force me to be with a company I have learned to hate!
