STOP REFERRING US FROM PILLAR TO POST AND RESOLVE OUR QUERY URGENTLY!!

I write this review on behalf of my husband. He received correspondence from VVM with regard to an outstanding amount in excess of R1000. His contract was cancelled effective 30/01/2018. At that time we were told there was a R0.00 balance on this account. Hence, our shock that he now owes you over R1000 when he in fact commenced prepaid service from 02/07/2018!! It is also apparent from his bank account that there are discrepancies between invoiced and debited amounts, ie overdebiting! We have requested Lovedelia of VVM to provide a history printout/statement/reconciliation of this account for one year prior to cancellation of this contract, in order to enlighten us as to how you arrived at this outstanding amount. We have further requested a copy/link of our telephone call requesting/instructing cancellation of this contract. The whole process has been like pulling teeth and at time hereof we have not received requested information. We have an entire thread of emails verifying this tedious process. Lovedelia referred us to Vodacom "as she doesn't work for Vodacom and it's their word against mine". The defensive and indeed offensive tone of Lovedelia is rather perplexing. All we want is to resolve this matter expeditiously. We have phoned Vodacom and spoken to *****bo, Mthunzi and Nomzamo, all of whom have been unhelpful and was referred by Nomzamo to VVM. Accordingly, we've been referred from pillar to post and all we require is the relevant information to resolve this matter speedily. The required information is electronic in nature and should be available at the push of a few keys. I do not understand wilful refusal to provide said information. Please contact me to resolve this matter URGENTLY!!!!!

This account has been paid in full, as per the statement amount emailed to me on 7th February 2019, being the amount of R881.82. Proof of payment was duly emailed to you and a request sent for a PAID UP LETTER. Please therefore email me the requested PAID UP LETTER, as your continued harassment for outstanding balance is extremely stressful and infuriating. I await the PAID UP LETTER in my email inbox today.
