Stop going to Vodacom stores!!!!

I am fed up with Vodacom. I have had their router for over 7 months and it has not been working. Took it in for a repair but still no connection. When I ask for the contract to be cancelled. They want me to pay over R6000. This is not affecting my credit score since I have been reversing their debit orders. I cannot keep on paying for something that’s not of service. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
