****** Vodacom Data - Contract Phone

On Saturday 21 October 2017 I received few sms’s (9 to be exact), all on the same day from 16:54 up until 19:03 informing me that I used R601 out-of-bundle data on the number so far. This one is the first sms’s informing me of this starting with the amount of R601 the next sms is R901, etc. but it ends with the last sms informing me that I've used R3002.35 out-of-bundle data. This is impossible, for the simple reason all of automatically updates are switch to manual, nothing can run without authorisation and another reason, we normally receive a sms informing us that our data bundle is depleted then we buy a data bundle immediately. Vodacom is busy billing us for something we didn't use - and how can one use R3300+ worth of data in such short time? 1GIG data bundle cost R149?? How is that possible??? Please tell me that!!!!!!!!!!!!! In August we had a similar situation, I was informed that I ran out of data bundle and I purchased a 1GIG bundle for the number, I received a sms informing that it was successful needless to say, the next moment I received a sms informing me that I used R600+ out of bundle data. After investigation they realized it never went through and we were refunded for it. But to go through this whole thing again is draining and time-consuming. I did called Vodacom 00:09 that same (22 October 2017) night to try and find out what is going on whereupon I was informed that the amount stand on R3300+ - the consultant promise me that she will phone me back with an answer needless to say I didn't had any reply whatsoever. I phone again requesting to be transferred to the Solutions department and spoke to Nonkululeko, I explained the whole situation again. I still didn't had any reply back up to date from anybody of Vodacom.

The reference number is: 1- ********** ********** The persons I spoke to was: 1. Tabelo (Customer Care) 2. Nonkululeko (she is at Solutions)
