****** DATA
Vodacom stole my data and now that I want it sorted out, they have all these issues.

The account is in my sons name. He gave me power of attorney on the account since he is in France.
I have sent the power of attorney to Vodacom together with certified copies of our ID's.
Now they want a power of attorney that were purchased from CNA and claims the one my son gave me is not valid.
The day we purchased the phone I had the same power of attorney and that was accepted.

Why do I need one from CNA now????
