****** cellphone number

Yesterday I posted a complaint about my Vodacom number being ported to cell c without my knowledge. Mysteriously my number was ported back to Vodacom yesterday around 2pm according to the consultant I spoke to. Again, no security questions were asked to whoever did this. I was promised I will get feedback. Since last night, I'm still waiting. It really angers me that the network I have used for many years couldn't even protect me. Someone had access to do whatever they wanted with my number and I can't even get a simple phone call from Vodacom to give me feedback regarding this issue. Again, WHY ARE WE EVEN REQUIRED TO RICA OUR SIMS IF WE CANT BE PROTECTED AGAINST *****!!! What's worse is, instead of your consultant assisting me, all she said was I need to wait 2 months and buy a new SIM card to port back to Vodacom. Such inconvenience.
