Good day,<br> <br> FK Rutiri (***) took up a cellphone contract late last year and she was informed by the above mentioned sales person that he contract phone SAMSUNG S3 was immediately covered. Only to loose her phone and she was shocked to find that that was not the case. The company even asked her to pay R2000 for the replacement. up until today shes the only one that following up on the insurance as the cellphone store has now kept quete and does not seem to be doing anything about this.
