Stole my Sim Swop money, and did not process
On Tuesday 12-01-2016, I went in to the Vodacom Store in Tygervalley.

There were more than 15 employees in the store (No Customers), and finally one person helped me upgrade to my new Galaxy Note 5 phone.

They then informed me that they cannot do the sim swap there, and that I would have to go to the Vodacom shop across the hallway.

No problem, I went to the shop next door and a guy there helped me with the sim swop. (Which I then paid R70 to)

4 days later, my sim card was STILL not yet active. I called Vodacom and they said no sim swap was processed. (So the vodacom employee stole my cash)

A lady from the Vodacom shop called me after my complaint to process the request. (I received an SMS that the Sim swap was initiated) She also told me that it would take about 4 hours.

Today, (26 hours later), it is still not active. I called Vodacom again, and they said no order was uploaded.

What the effing **** do I have to do to get this done. Horribly *********** staff.

I should take this **** back. I don't need this ****.
