STOLE MY MONEY
I bought Dischem voucher through the Vodacom app on the 25th of November instead of getting the voucher all I get is a pending status but money was withdrawn from my bank account no one seems to know what's going on all I get is the team is working on it, I asked for refund as it seems like its a mission to get the voucher still no response from Vodacom I don't understand since you didn't provide a service why is it difficult to pay me my money. if I don't hear from you I'm going to escalate this further this is unacceptable worse is you always wait for me to find out what is going on if I don't say anything no one says anything

08 Dec 2020, 08:33Wow, so since the 3rd no one has gotten back to me in regards to the money that you took but no voucher or refund was done, I guess one needs to go to Twitter and the consumer goods and services ombudsman for help.
It pains me because the only reason I wanted the voucher was to be able to purchase milk for my baby as times are tough but to you me and my baby are just a number hence no one care oh well il escalate this further
