stole my money!!

I bought a 29 rand voucher and loaded it on my daughters new prepaid tablet...i tried straight away to convert it to data and i kept getting errors from the vodacom network!! Before i could get anything converted it had taken my 29 rand!!!! Then i called vodacom they tried to tell me its my fault because the tablet is not set up correctly!! It is correctly set.up and all background data is switched off as well as auto updates!!! I want my money back. It vanished in a space of half an hour while trying to convert it to data!! *******. I cannot believe i entered into another contract with these *******!! Never again!! I will take my bussiness else where!! This is not the first time i have gotten such bad service from vodacom
