STOLE MY CELLPHONE

<p>I sent my errison R800i cellphone to vodacom in the montclaire mall,durban for a software upgrade. I was quoted R250.00 for this, 2 months ago. They have now advised me that they have misplaced the phone and are prepared to replace the phone with the xperia pro( much smaller phome) but I need to pay R450.00 for transport.</p> <p>WHY should I pay this when they have lost the phone.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will be sending a letter of demand to replace my phone at their cost.</p> <p>Can a vodacom representitive contact me before this gets to this stage.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was advised that someone would call me, this was 2 days ago.</p> <p>If no contact is made by Friday, I will be seeking legal action.</p>
