Stock only for certain stotes

I'm waiting probably more than a month for the iPhone 6s Rose gold to be delivered to the vodacom shop in Vanderbijlpark. I have a friend that went for an upgrade last week and she recieved her phone in 2 days. The store cannot give me a date for they rely on what head office gives them. It seems head office is only supplying to the elite stores in JHB and surroundings and stuff the rest of the other vodacom Stores
