Stock Never arrived!!

On the 13 Feb 2015 at atound 13h50 I received a phone call from Vodacom thanking me for being such a good customer. I was offered a tablet deal on special offer. I accepted the offer and ordered 2. Shortly afterward I received the following SMS : A vetting application for a new line has been registered against your Account : ... Please phone contact Dealer REWIND on *** for any queries. Vodacom.<br> <br> The tablet was to be delivered to my work address within 3 days. I still have not received it. I phoned this number yesterday and to my surprise it does not exist. The sales people are not very friendly and cannot assist. Please sort this out ASAP. I have been with VodaCom for years and have never had such bad service!!
