Stock issue or lazy sales person?
I went into the Vodacom store in Bedford Centre on Saturday 6th of June 2015.

Besides it being a store filled with about 6-7 customers there were only two sales consultants on the floor.

When we eventually got assisted we inquired about an upgrade on a data line. The consultant said they did not have stock (we received the same answer from another branch earlier that day) and had to order it and would be in store on Thursday 11th June 2015.

Received the call and went to the store the same day Thursday 11th June 2015.

The sales lady brought all the items out that was applicable to the upgrade and commenced the paper work.
The upgrade was a Acer Laptop with 2gb data and a free 2tb external storage disk.

Just when she was about to finalize the upgrade she left and came back a few minutes later to inform me that I can no longer get the upgrade as it expired on Sunday.

Then the lady informs me that I could have gotten the deal if all the paper work was done on Saturday,
to which I said the sales person should have informed me then so that I could have proceeded.
He did not inform me has he was not sure if I wanted it.
I currently have two date contacts with Vodacom.
