stock availability

I recently upgraded to a galaxy note 4 which was supposed to come with the gear smart watch in the contract. However, I was informed that the I will only be getting the phone only and no watch. This, to me is a clear sign that you are giving false advertising and now we as the consumers have to settle for less. That is poor service and bad advertising. Very appalling. ..
