Stlill experiencing appaling customer service from SPAM SMSs

I am still experiencing appalling customer service. I've asked Vodacom's customer support on Twitter over 6 times now to stop them from sending promotional SMSs to me since October 2023. I keep on getting SMSs even after they say they've removed my details from their system. I have been told to be patient but I find it unreasonable to be patient for an issue that should have been resolved months ago.

I got feedback and that the issue has been prioritised. when I follow back I'm still getting the "team will be in touch" responses. This issue is clearly not being prioritised, seems as if "prioritised" has a different meaning compared to most people.
