Stinking attitude from Rhudzani Lithole

I walked in the Killarney Vodacom Shop, Mlungisi Sithole (manager) was quite eager to assist us in resolving the issue. He couldn't access some information and I referred him to Rhudzani Lithole as he is the one i have been dealing with. Rhudzani advised Mlungisi that he had given me feedback and has closed the case from his side. Rhudzani blatantly refused to speak to me on the phone - telling Mlungisi, that he does NOT want to speak to me. Now, if he had given me feedback - why would he shy away from discussing the matter with me? Poor Mlungisi's hands were tied as he could only relay to me what Rhudzani told him.

Which so called 'Executive Client Liaison Officer in the CEO's office' decides that he does NOT want to speak to a client instead of assisting them?? I consider this to be a part of basic customer service. Now, if someone from the CEO's office behaves like this, what can one expect from someone in the contact centre?? #PatheticService#Diabolical ....

I'd like to have someone who is efficient and actually does care about Vodacom as a brand address this matter. This matter has been outstanding since December 2014!!
