Still Waitng for Refund

It is over a month that i reported my issues on HelloPeter , when i finally got some response hoping that my problems would be resolved.<br> i was assisted by Julian from the Hellopeter Team of Vodacom who done his investigations and responded that i would be refunded in full., and that payment would be made within 7 workings days, it is over a month and im still waiting for some feedback, refund.
