Still waiting. Subscribing to vodacom is a mistake

I wrote a report about Vodacom on the 12 May 2015. I have still not received any feedback from them yet, though on the date of the previous report, i was told on the day that the situation was being investigated via email. I have been overly patient with them, as i feel there is nothing i can do, and i have my hands tied. You feel that you are just another number and there are millions more from where you came. I wish i could go back in time, and not have renewed my contract. I will do my utmost to deter others from making the same mistake.
