STILL WAITING !! STILL WAITING!! STILL WATING !!

<p>As per my previous reviews. Im still waiting for my 1GB data that was promised.</p> <p>Balungile called me on the 08/11/2016 @ 3:30 and stated that she is aware of the fact that the agent promised me the 1GB of data and that she (Balungile) will ensure that i get my 1GB now loaded. </p> <p>Im STILL WAITING !!!</p> <p>How much longer must i wait ??? Its been basically 2 months and you guys cant get it right. What the hell is wrong with your processes. This is **** service and im going to take this to the ombudsman or consumer protection as you sold me a service that im paying for but im not getting what was promised.</p> <p>I cant belive in this day and age that we must be exposed the service like this. Please get this sorted as this will be my last complaint as im going to take it further and get this contract cancelled.</p>
