Still waiting respond from Saturday even today I haven't got any call or email from vodacom

Vodacom am still waiting their feed back even today, because they debated money from my account but I don't have anything that belong to them, I tried to call head office no respond all the know is empty promises, if this how you deal with your customers clearly you don't know customers service.
