Still waiting on credit since Dec

I am on a Vodacom Red Advantage contract and in December I app**** for 2 data sim cards. I struggled with you to get the data cards activated. <br> <br> You offered to credit me for one month's subscription. Verna of the Tygervalley store arranged the credit with Vodacom. I am still waiting on this credit.
