still waiting on a 3G ****le since June!!!!!

Good Day this is the second hellopeter review wrt waiting on a vodacom 3G ****le as a internet backup solution which I still have not received since June 2024, there has been escalations upon escalations upon escalations, apologies upon apologies upon apologies and more escalations and apologies but still no backup internet solution.........................logs are being closed without following up if the customer has received both the sim and the ****le. how long still before this is resolved in action rather than words?
