Still waiting for you to contact me 4 days after Vodacom said they will.
No getting back to me after 4 days.How many times ???

19 Mar 2026, 13:48I was contacted by your escalation team and promised delivery today.4 different employees of vodacom contacted me stating Thursday Ram will deliver...guess what..WHAT A DISAPOINTMENT AGAIN....WHEN I THEN PHONED AND ASKED YOUR CALL CENTRE 4 THE WAYBILL NR RAM DOES NOT EVEN HAVE SUCH A WAYBILL NR..and yet again took off work waiting for nothing....No VODACOM..This is not on.
