Still Waiting for Vodacom's Response

I am still waiting for Vodacom to communicate with me regarding their allegations as they indicated on the 17th March 2026 on their respince to my review on this platform. Today is the 20th March 2026, I am still waiting. Even their lawyers have not yet given me the documents I requested from them as proof of the allegations their client "Vodacom " said had against me, i am still waiting since the 16th March 2026 from them. If they have reviewed their allegations, can they please communicate with me as they have *****ed my name on the National credit platforms. They should reverse that and communicate with me in writing too. Hopping to hear from you Vodacom A.S.P. before I level up my query to Commucations Ombadsman
