***?! Still waiting for Vodacom's 'PARENTAL CONTROL' Service to deactivate days later

I activated parental control by accident on my phone last year sometime,. BIGGEST mistake of my life! i was unable to browse the internet without every damn second website being blocked! Even innocent webpages like huggies (baby website) and amazon were blocked! My facebook kept saying no network connection (yet over my telkom wifi it would suddenly work again?!) some apps refused to function over my blocked 3G network but they would work 100% once i connected over my telkom wifi!

Only way to fix parental control is to show your face at a vodacom shop with your ID to prove you are indeed over 18.

I went to shop explained everything (by now im a vodacom expert/technician myself because of all the ****** research i had to do to figure out this parental control issue) but funny enough the vodacom staff themselves gave me this blank stare not sure what i was talking about when i tell them i have my ID book to unblock parental control ,which is a service under the *111# vodacom menu.
after what felt like hour of explaining and physically showing them the problem (restricted webpages, and the parental menu)....one of them finally 'clicks' and proceeded to type my number, my name and last name, and ID number into their computer and told me its deactivated and i should wait 24 hours.
Two days later...block still in place, second visit to shop and still no success after waiting another day! my phone still useless, my patience slowly running out as i cannot believe how VODACOM themselves cannot even deactivate something that THEY themselves have 'created'?? And worked with? Should have experience with? So easy to activate the stupid parental control but f****** impossible to properly DEACTIVATE the service themselves? You guys have a system? How hard is it to type in my cell number and details and then deactivating the parental control? Surely it is a 10min process?

Vodacom If i were you i would feel super embarrassed. Something that should be so easy to do, a simple deactivation after confirming details? Why cant you fix such a minor problem? I did my part by driving all the way to your store Twice with my ID book as requested! My details HAVE been captured in store already!!! So why must i keep driving back? I expect someone with some actual EXPERIENCE contact me and deactivate the parental block for me , without me having to drive back to your shop again. I have wasted enough of my time trying to fix Something that vodacom themselves dont seem to know themselves how to fix?

help please......or else i will have to change networks to keep my current number but be able to browse the internet once free from being blocked on my current network's profile? Its the only option i have left if vodacom cannot assist me. I do believe there are experienced people at vodacom (only a few of them and i understand they cannot help everyone because of the volume of problems and lack of experienced staff in shops) but i have supported vodacom since 2000 and do not want to be forced to change networks over something so small!! Help please.
