Still waiting for Vodacom Direct since March

Never ever order a product from Vodacom Direct, after trying since March to get the rest of my cellphone upgrade package delivered which was part of the upgrade deal (Samsung S8 Wifi Charger), still no feedback. Phone calls, promises to resolve the issue, promises to phone me back etc, but to date nothing. I am really disappointed in the shocking service received.
