Still waiting for Vodacom

I requested my statements from Vodacom for my billing as I need to hand it in for tax purposes and I need my statements from Feb 2012 till when my contact finished. I went onto Vodacoms website and sent a query. They sent a responding mail on the 28th of January to say that I will be contacted in 24hours but still till today no feedback about my statements. Reference on that mail was 008D~DPJ4. I need to submit my tax asap and I cant do so without my phone bills. <br> I don't know how else to do so as Vodacom has closed my online log in details as the number is on pay as you go now.
