Still Waiting for Recordings
May Vodacom not hide the truth about its following comments:-

I had bad experience with Vodacom on contract number *** which seams it was not made with Vodacom itself but with Bite Company who pretended to be Vodacom and politely spoke to me. Now Vodacom is overcharging me. I asked recorded voice on this, till now I am still waiting. Please arrange me to listen to voice record of both *** and *** Please be fair and reasonable with your customer. From Jack of ***
