Still waiting for phone approved 20 March 2014

I app**** for a phone on 20 March (next day delivery) and it was approved. From then to now I have had numerous empty promises of when the phone will be delivered and countless emails and phone calls. Eventually the courier got highjacked and I was told it will be rectified in 7 days. Then I found out they cancelled the order, so I had to get them to reactivate. 2 weeks back I got a call to say everything is ready for delivery, last week I got a call to say they will still look into everything. Today I was called and they told me they have good news for me, the phone has been discontinued and that someone from sales will contact me with regards to another phone. They did call me this afternoon but informed me that before they can tell me what phones are now available (more than 2 months after my next day delivery contract was approved) they will first have to fet me again and see for what type of phone and contract I qualify. Do you not want customers? If you treat people like this who wants to give you business how do you treat them after they have signed everything. Will I ever get a phone or should I take my business to MTN
