Still waiting for phone

Hi there, I didn't want to write a bad review but I am still waiting for the Nokia I ordered 3 weeks ago.

It is not the first time the Knysna branch didn't have stock of a phone advertised and I have been waiting since the 12th of August which they promised me will be there by Wednesday in the first week, so I phoned on the Thursday and said they will phone me but the phone I ordered will be there the next week. So again I waited but then I popped in the next weekend and they told me it should be there in the beginning of that week and I am getting the first phone, they will phone me. So it is weekend no 3 that I am still waiting.

The thing is, we have a contract that is ending this month and the screen of the phone is cracked and the speaker is also busy breaking so you can't hear the other person clearly, so we need another phone but we decided on the Nokia which was advertised in July already.

So I don't know if it is just the Knysna branch that doesn't have the phone or if it is all of the branches that advertise a phone and don't have it in stock.

I know they have limited stock available of the Nokia 5 but if they don't have phones left, just tell us before we wait or just be honest and say sorry I don't know when the phone will arrive, are you fine with that...

They had good service when I was there, the lady give me good service, I am just upset about waiting and waiting.
