Still waiting for my refund since 03/07/2019. NO OWNERSHIP AT ALL

No ownership at all. I am still waiting for my refund on insurrance that I never requested. I am stuck in between Vodacom and Finrite. Finrite states they have already credited and I must deal with Vodacom, I call Vodacom they tell it hasnt been credited Im told to contact Finrite. SO WHAT MUST HAPPEN NOW.
