Still waiting for my Monthly Data Bundles!!!

What happened to Vodacom? for the past three months i have to call them to load my data bundles. this month is no different, as usual they debit my account but don't deliver the service. its now the 3rd of June and my data bundles haven't been loaded. Poor customer service by Vodacom, this is a huge inconvenience.
