Still waiting for my DATA TO BE RETURNED
I AM BEYOND IRATE WITH VODACOM AND THEIR USELESSNESS. AFTER TAKING MY DATA IM YET TO BE REFUNDED. INSTEAD I HAVE TO CALL AND WAIT FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME TO SPEAK TO A CONSULTANT ONLY TO BE TOLD THE REQUEST HAS BEEN DONE. ITS BEEN 6 DAYS AND NOTHING HAS HAPPENED. I AM HIGHLY ****ED OFF WITH THE LEVEL OF SERVICE.
