Still waiting for my data to be refunded
Hi Guys, I am still awaiting my data refund. I phoned last week Thursday and a call was logged. Did not hear a word from Vodacom. Phoned again on Tuesday and was informed that the call logged was incorrectly done (something on pre-paid). I have a contact phone and have been with you for many years. I was promised that all would be sorted out and would be called yesterday at 14H00. I am still waiting. No call and no data refund. Please guys..
