Still waiting for HDD incl with contract

Last month I app**** for a 24month mobile data contract with vodacom. This included a 3GB data every month, a vodafone wi-fi modem (R207-z) and a 500GB external hard drive. I received everything last month and its working well, but I haven't received the 500GB external drive.
