Still Waiting for fibre connection after several follow ups-No success

I migrated my wifi to a new apartment on 31 July, I know there are 30 days SLAs for the migration process. I have been following up each week on where we are with activation of my fibre to the white box I found in the new Unit. Different consultants told me different things of which sounded like some knew how to assist me and some didnt. On the 3rd week of Aug a Vumatel technician was dispatched to check whats wrong with my white box, he changed my box to a modified one and said they couldn't pick up the box that I found in this unit. The PON light was flashing of the new box he had provided and he said it should stabilize within 24 hours and then I should have internet connection, then he left. Since the day he came the PON has not stabilized and I have not had internet connection. When I call in to seek assistance from Vodacom, I am told that another Technician is to be dispatched to check my fibre line it seems like it needs maintenance. Different consultants have told me they have escalated my ticket to Vumatel for a technician to contact me and come through but No one has contacted me. When will I have internet ? For how long will I continue using my airtime to call you guys following up on this and buying data to work from home, when I have a contract with you guys. This is not ok at all.
