Still waiting for feedback

<p>I will load a customer complaint on HP EVERY DAY if necessary until my query has been resolved. I am STILL WAITING for someone to come back to me regarding a complaint I loaded a week ago. I had absolutely NO CONTACT from anyone at Vodacom at all. Please don't get someone who does not know what they are talking about, have no client service s****s or authority to make decisions to call me. I need to talk to someone who can assist me.</p>
