still waiting for feedback
I complained for the second time on Saturday and you guys did get back to me on Monday but then you said you would contact the regional manager and the insurance people and get back to me the same day which you didn't. I'm still waiting to hear from you guys because at the end of the day it is a breach of contract from your part.
