still waiting for feedback

this is my 3rd complain on 1 query with Vodacom, They have in all enquires said they will get back to me, I am still waiting. <br> My guess is , Vodacom is failing to give me feedback because they have no excuse for the pathetic service they have offered me, well lack of service. No one is owning up to my query, They all point each other with fingers. No single person knows exactly what they doing how their systems and department intergrade with each other. Bunch of *********** fellas. Vodacom is a big brand to be represented like this. I am utterly disgusted,
