Still waiting for delivery, 14 days later
I app**** for the black friday deal while there was stock available. I received an SMS on 28 November stating that vetting has been Approved, a consultant called me on 02 December to confirm my application and she will arrange delivery of my handsets on either 4th or 5th December. Until today (16 Dec) I have received no handsets nor any feedback from vodacom regarding this matter. I have tried calling vodacom numerous times but after waiting for 20mins + i eventually just hang up.
