Still waiting for contract to be cancelled!!

Two weeks ago I bought a mobile device contract online I returned it the very next day it was collected and I am still waiting for the contract to be cancelled/reversed. I called several times to the cal centre but they keep transferring me from one department to the other. I want this contract cancelled immediately and I am sick and tired of this kind of service!!.
