Still waiting for a refund!

So after 5 months on constant emailing, Vodacom finally processed my contract cancellation. But now, I wait for my credit of 5 months of payments. 10 October I was told it would take 7-14 working days. We are now in November and still no refund. I regret the day I ported my number to Vodacom. Been the worst 5 months of terrible service and calls constantly being dropped!
