Still waiting for a hard disk drive

A few months ago I renewed/upgraded a contract with Vodacom. The advertised offer I took up was for an iPhone 4s, which was bundled with 1GB data for 3 months, a Topdog educational voucher and an external 500GB hard disk drive. The offer had just been published, so the outlet didn't yet have stock of the iPhone or the drive. I duly received a phone call to say that the handset had arrived, but I'm still waiting for the call to say that the drive has arrived! I have queried both the outlet (Norwood Mall) and the Vodacom help desk, but to no avail.<br> <br> No big deal. Please just supply the external 500GB hard disk drive as promised.<br>
