Still waiting for a call one week later!!!!!

I am still waiting for a response regarding my data query. My reference number from the call centre is <br> 1-*** that was logged almost two weeks ago!<br> I then write a report on this site a week ago and am still waiting for a call from Vodacom. <br> <br> I even followed up telephonically with the call centre last week Wed the 9th December and ask to esculate it and guess what.... still waiting!<br> This is actually just ridiculous that one cant receive any feedback whatsover from a supplier as big as Vodacom. What a joke!
