Still waiting for a call back - 2 weeks later!!!!

I've logged numerous reports, on Hello Peter, on your Vodacom site, no one is responding. I only get the \Vodacom will contact you back within 48 hours\". And nothing. <br> My ref no is 1-***<br> Your service delivery is pathetic. I will take this to the Ombudsman because this is unacceptable. <br> <br> And don't just give me the standard reply on Hellopeter and not do anything about it. You did that last week too and nothing yet. So stop marketing yourself and rather work on customer service. "
