Still waiting

I signed up with Vodacom for a gaming laptop on the 8th of May 2021.. I was approved on the 9th and told that the laptop would be available on the 14th of May as it is on back order.. The 14th came and no call about it, I waited till the Monday to phone and then I was told that the laptop is still on back order and there is no ETA and that they would try get hold of the warehouse to get an ETA.. It is now the 26th and I still have no ETA.. I called this morning and was told it would arrive at 11.. No surprise, I called at 11:30 to find out if it was there and ofcourse it was still on back order and there's no ETA and they also cannot get hold of their warehouse..

Absolute terrible service, pity MTN does not have gaming laptops as I actually have contracts with them and never have issues
